For my photo story I want to document how a Sunday works at Centerpoint Church from my specific teams prospective. From Thursday evening band rehearsal to waking up at 5:30 on a Sunday and getting to church by 6:45 and not leaving until all three services are done and the rehearsal for the youth band is done. After rehearsals I would finally head home after being on my feet for eight hours plus and finally take that afternoon nap that I have been looking forward for since I woke up that morning. My days are long and tiring on Sunday. Most people like to wake up late, enjoy brunch with friends and family, and spend the rest of the resting and relaxing from the long work week. Not me. I actually look forward to my Sundays and look forward when I get to serve with my teams. Centerpoint is my home away from home.

Hello there! I can relate to you a lot!! I am also part of the leadership team of my church. I don’t wake up too early though, but I do spend a huge part of my Sundays at church, whether it is teaching in the mornings during the Sunday Bible School, or writing down the lyrics for projection at the last minute. I also help to set up the sound system sometimes. My Sundays are always busy, but I always look forward to them.
